The Adhyaksh, the Housing Commissioner, and all members, officers and servants of the Board, members of committees constituted under this Act, the Tribunal, the prescribed authority and all other persons entrusted with the execution of any functions under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act No. XLV)
