Section 4: Applications for renewal

Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Act, 1966State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2020

(1) Every application for renewal of a licence under Section 4 shall be made in Form I. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely-(a) the licence sought to be renewed;

(6) the treasury receipt showing that the appropriate fee for the renewal of the licence specified in Rule 8 has been paid.

(2) The application together with the documents specified in sub rule (2) shall be sent by registered post or delivered by hand under acknow ledgment to the competent authority.

(3) The provisions of sub-rule (4) of Rule 3 shall, so far as may be, apply to an application made under this rule.
