Section 4: Term of members

The Uttar Pradesh Bhoomi Evam Jal Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 1963State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 16 of 1963

(1) The term of a member referred to in clause (f) or clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 3 shall be two years.

(2) When a member ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he became eligible for the membership of the Board, he shall cease to be such member.
