Section 28: Annual Report

The Uttar Pradesh Board for Development of Municipal Financial Resources Act, 2011State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 11 of 2011

(1) The Board shall prepare an Annual Report of its activities during the year, in such form as may be prescribed and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the State Government.

(2) The State Government, shall cause the annual report to be laid before each House of the State Legislature.
