Section 22: Publication and previous approval of regulations made by Board

Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education Act, 2000State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 32 of 2000

(1) Regulations under section 21 shall be made only with the previous approval of the State Government and shall be published in the Gazette.

(2) The State Government may approve any such regulation proposed by the Board with or without modification.
