Dated Lucknow, September 07,2011 The following regulations which the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Sanskait Education has made in exercise of the powers under scction-21 read with section-23 and section-25 of the r Pradesh Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education Act, 2000( U.P. Act No. 32 of 2000) after abtaining the previous approval of the State Government with a view to amending the Regulations 9(c). 9 (i), 14 and 35 pertaining to appointment and conditions of service of Heads of [nstitutior, Teachers and other emplayees of the Institutions are hereby published as required under sub sections - (1) of section 22 of the said Act [HE UTTAR PRADESH BOARD OF SECONDARY SANSKRIT EDUCATION (APPOINTMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE OF HEADS OF INSTITUTION TEACHERS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES OF THE INSTITUTIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2011
1. (1) These regulations may be called The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Shont ttle and Sansknit Education (Appointment and conditions of service of Heads of Institution, SOMmencement Teachers and other employees of the Institutions) (Amendiment) Regulations, 2011,
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazetre.
2. In the Uitar Pradesk Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment Amendment of and condutions of service of Heads of Iastitution Teackers and other employees of ~ Meulations 9 the Institutions) Regulations, 2609 hercin atier referred 1o as said rcgulations m the regulation-9 for the clauses(e) and (i) as set out in column ‘T belows, the clauses as set out in column 'I1' shall be substituted namely :- COLUMN-I Corumn-11 Existing clause Clause as hereby substituted 9(e) Regional Deputy [nspector of 9(e) Regional Deputy Inspector of Sansknit Schools shall ger the Sanskrit Schools shall get the vacancy advertised in at least vacancy advertised in at least one one Hindi and one Englis Hindi and one English newspaper newspaper having adequate having adequate circulation in the circulation in the State giving State giving particulars as to the particulars as to the nature (i.e. nature (i.e. whether temporary or whether temporary or permanent) and number of permanent) and number of vacancies, description of post (i e.

3. In the said regulations, for regulation-14 as set out in column ‘I below, the regulation as set out in column ‘Il shall be substituted namely - Cotumn-1 Existing regulation Within fifteen days of the receipt of the recommendation of Selccnon Committee under clause (i) of Regulation-9 the approval of authority specified therein, the manager shall on authonzation under of the Management 1ssue an order of resolution Committee of appointment by registered post 10 the candidate in the Form given in Appendix 'E' requiring the candidate 1o join duty within ten days of the receipt of such which the appointmient of the order failing candidate will be liable 1o cancellation . A copy of the same shall be sent to the Regional lnspector of Sansknit Schools, the District Inspector of Schools and the Joint Regional Director of Lducation
