(1) These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Board of Short title and Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and conditions of service commencement of Heads of Institution, Teachers and Other Employees of the Institutions) Regulations. 2009.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.

CHAPTER-2 Appointment of Heads of Institutions and Teachers

2. The minimum qualifications for appointment as Head of Institution and Teachers in any recognized institution, whether by direct recruitment or otherwise, shall be as given in Appendix ‘A’.
