Section 1: Short title

The Uttar Pradesh Boiler Rules,1969State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2025

(1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Boiler Rules, 1969 (Amended 1992).

(2) They shall extend to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh and shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Uttar Pradesh Gazette.
