The Inspector at his engulfy shall make a careftll examination of the damaged parts and shall take such measurements and make such sketches; for the purpose of his report as he may deem necessary. He shall inquire into the circumstances attending the accident and note the time of its occurrence, its nature and- extent, the injury caused to persons and the damage to property. The report shall be given in Form AIY appended to these rules.
