An assessor shall receive such remuneration and travelling allowances for any date on which he attends the appellate authority as the State Government may, by order, direct O. lung of appeal.—Every appeal shall be made in writing either in English or in the official language of the State and shall be presented to the Chief Inspector, within thirty days of the communication to him of the order against Which an appeal is preferred.
