Section 4: Calculation of registration and inspection fees

The Uttar Pradesh Boiler Rules,1969State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2025

Every application under sub-section (1) of section 7 and subsection (4) of section 8 shall be accompanied by a fee calculated on the basis of boiler-rating as prescribed under Regulation 384. The formulae for calculating the boilerrating shall be as prescribed in Regulation 383.

8. Registration feet-Fees for registration and first inspection of boilers shall be prescribed in Regulation 385.
