Section 3: Cinematograph exhibitions to be licensed

6[3. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall

[(a) give an exhibition by means of cinematograph or digital projection system, or;]7

(b) give an exhibition by means of video, or

(d) [ x x x x]8

elsewhere than in a place licensed under this Act, or otherwise than in compliance with the conditions and restrictions imposed by such license]6.
