Section 114: Register of members

The Uttar Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1965State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 11 of 1966

Any register or list of member or shares kept by any cooperative society shall be prima facie evidence of any of the following particulars entered therein-

(a) the date on which the name of any person was entered in such register or list as a member ;

(b) the date on which any such person ceased to be a member.
