[117-A. No expenditure from the funds of a society shall be incurred without prior sanction in writing of the Registrar for the purposes of defraying the cost of any proceedings field or instituted in any court by any officer or Committee of Management of the Registrar or the State Government under section 29, section 34, section 35 or section 35-A.]
