Section 18: Particulars to be stated in application

18. Every application presented by a small farmer under section 17 shall contain the following particulars, namely —

(a) the name of the small farmer and the place where he resides or holds land ;

(b) the name and address of the creditor ;

(c) the particulars of all debts payable by a small farmer to each creditor ;

(d) the particulars of all properties of the small farmer together with the approximate value of such property and the place or places at which they are to be found ;

(e) [the particulars of the annual household income of the small farmer ;

(f) the gross value of the agricultural produce for the year referred to in section 20. ]
