Section 32: 1Prohibition of appearance of legal practioners

32. No party to any proceeding under this Act shall be entitled to be represented by a legal practioner.

Explanation— In this section the expression "legal practitioner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Advocates Act 1961.
