Section 34: Power to remove difficulty

34. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notified order, make such provision or give such direction not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient or the removal of the difficulty.

(2) No order under sub-section (1) shall be issued after two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
