Section 27: Recounting

The Returning Officer may, either on his own initiative or at the instance of any candidate, recount the votes, whether once or more than :

once, when the Returning Officer is not satisfied as to the accuracy of the previous counting:

Provided that nothing herein contained shall make it obligatory on the Returning Officer to recount the same votes more than once. M
