Section 13: The Executive Council

The Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Act,2005State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 28 of 2005

(1) The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the [University].

(2) The administration, management and control of the University2 and the income thereof shall be vested with the Executive Council which shall control and administer the property and funds of the [University].
