Section 44: Sponsored schemes

The Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Act,2005State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 28 of 2005

Whenever the [University] receives funds from any Government, the University Grants Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed by the [University], notwithstanding anything in this Act and regulations, —

(a) the amount so received shall be kept by the [University] separately from the Fund of the [University] and utilized only for the purposes of the scheme ; and

(b) the staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organization.
