Section 6: Teaching in the University

The Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Act,2005State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 28 of 2005

(1) All recognized teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the [University] shall be conducted under the control of the General Council by the teachers of the [University] in accordance with such syllabus as may be prescribed.

(2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.
