1.1 These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Modalities of Tariff Determination) Regulations, 2023.

1.2 These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

1.3 These regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
