Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Treatment of income of Other Businesses of Transmission Licensees and Distribution License…State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 2003

i. This Regulation may be called the UP Electricity Regulatory Commission (Treatment of income of Other Businesses of Transmission Licensees and Distribution Licensee) Regulation 2004.

ii. This Regulation shall be applicable to all intra-state Transmission Licensees and the Distribution Licensees in the State.

iii. These extend to the State of UP.

iv. The UP General Clauses Act 1904, (Act 1 of 1904) shall apply to the interpretation of these Regulations.

v. This Regulation shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
