2017. ’ NOTIFICATION No. Lucknow : Dated ,2017 The following draft of notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916(U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) regarding delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat, Bewar of District Mainpuri. Is hereby published as required under sub section (2) of the said section for the information of concerned persons and for inviting objection. Objections, if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Secretary. Nagar Vikas Anubhag- 1, Lucknow and be submitted in the office of the District Magistrate, Mainpuri on any working day during office time. Only those objections will be considered, which are received within seven days from date of publication of this notifications. PROPOSED NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 11- B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act. 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to issue the following order with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Panchayat, Bewar of District Mainpuri:-
(a) The Municipal area of the said Nagar Panchayat, for the purposes of elections, shall be divided into 15 wards.
