Section 2: Continuance inforce of Acts mentioned in the schedule

Expiring Laws Continuance Act, 1948State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 1948

(1) The Principal Acts mentioned in column 1 of the schedule shall, subject to the modification and to the extent specified in column 2, be permanent Acts.

(2) Any unrepeated enactments which are temporary in their duration shall in so far as they amend or affect the Principal Act continued by the foregoing provision of this Act, be continued in like manner whether they are mentioned in the schedule or not.
