10C.V.-2020, dated September 26, 2022: No. 1826/1X-6-2022- 10C.V.-2020 Dated Lucknow, September 26, 2022 WHEREAS Government notification no.1216/1X-6-2022-10 C.V.-2020 dated July 14, 2022 was published in the Gazerte to invite objections and suggestions on the proposal for including the area mentioned in Schedule 1 in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Bilariyaganj District Azamgarh as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 11 0f 1916); AND, WHEREAS, the objections and suggestions received in respect of the same within the stipulated period have been disposed of vide Government order no. 1687/1X-6-2022-10CV-2020, dated September 05, 2022; NOW, THEREFORE in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor, having regard to the population of area, the density of population therein, the revenue gencrated for the local administration, the percentage of employment in non-agricultural activities and the economic importance, is pleased to declare the area and boundaries specified in Schedule below shall be included in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat 661 RPH (Nagar Vikas-6)N.P Bilariyaganj, Azamgarh 2022 Data Te 6 | SR TR SR TN, 26 RiawER, 2022 Bilariyaganj District Azamgarh for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India.
