Section 47: Power to issue directions

The Uttar Pradesh Gautam Buddha University Act, 2002State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 9 of 2002

The State Government shall have the following powers also, namely :—

(a) to issue direction with respect to any matter required to be done by the University or under this Act or the rules, the Statutes or the Ordinances made thereunder ; and

(b) to order framing of Statutes on any subject
