Section 19: Directions by the Government

The Uttar Pradesh Go-Seva Ayog Adhiniyam, 1999State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 15 of 1999

(1) In the discharge of its functions, the Ayog shall be guided by such directions on a question of policy as may be given to it by the Government.

(2) If any dispute arises between the Government and the Ayog as to whether a question is or is not a question of policy, the decision of the Government shall be final.
