Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Uttar Pradesh Goshala Adhiniyam, 1964State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 10 of 1964

(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Goshala Adhiniyam, 1964.

(2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas of Uttar Pradesh.
