Section 14: Inspection of Goshala

The Uttar Pradesh Goshala Adhiniyam, 1964State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 10 of 1964

An officer of the Animal Husbandry Department, not below the rank of District Livestock Officer, or any other person duly empowered in this behalf by the State Government may enter into and inspect any Goshala or any place appertaining to a Goshala for the purpose of satisfying himself that the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations are duly complied with.
