Section 20: Confirmation

GROUP D SERVICE REGULATION 2005 (English)State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1960

A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or extended period of probation if- (a) his work and conduct is reported to be satisfactory;

(b) his integrity is certified; and (c) the appointing authority is satisfied that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.
