Section 24: Criteria for crossing efficiency bar

GROUP D SERVICE REGULATION 2005 (English)State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1960

(1) No person shall be allowed to cross--- (i) the first efficiency bar or the single efficiency bar (where there is only one efficiency bar) unless his work and conduct are found to be satisfactory and his integrity is certified, and (ii) the second efficiency bar unless be has worked diligently and to the best of his ability, his work and conduct are found to be satisfactory and his integrity is certified.
