Section 9: Preferential qualifications

GROUP D SERVICE REGULATION 2005 (English)State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1960

A candidate who has:

(i) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years; or

(ii) obtained training from all India Khadi and Village Industries Commission or from an Institution recognized by Khadi and Village Industries Commission and Khadi and Village Industries Board shall: Other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
