15. Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being inforce, all suits, whether pending in the court of first instance or in a court of appeal or revision, concerning any dispute with regard to the constitution and functioning of the Society; to which the Society is a party, shall on the date of the commencement of this Act, abate and all proceedings taken in connection therewith, stand withdrawn.
