Section 6: Term of officer of members

The term of office of a member [including a member appointed as Chairman or elected as Vice-Chairman] of the Board shall be three years from the date of his election or nomination as a member. An outgoing Chairman or member, if otherwise qualified, shall be eligible for [reappointment or re-nomination] as Chairman or member
