Section 8: Resignation of officer

The Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathic Medicines Act, 1951State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 8 of 1952

(i) The Vice-Chairman or any member may, at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Board.

Such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Board.

(ii) A Chairman of the Board wishing to resign may forward his written resignation to the State Government.

(iii) Such resignation shall take effect from the date on which its acceptance is notified in the official Gazette, by the State Government.
