The Uttar Pradesh House Sites (Flood Affected Areas) (Temporary Powers) Act, 1957State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 3 of 1958

5. (1) The State Government may make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

(2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid for not less than fourteen days before the State Legislature as soon as they are made and shall be subject to such modifications as the Legislature may make.
