Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Intermediate Education Act, 1921State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 2 of 1921

(1) This Act may be called the Intermediate Education Act, 1921.

(2) [It shall extend to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.]

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the [State Government] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] direct.
