Section 16: Previous publication and sanction of Regulations made by Board

The Intermediate Education Act, 1921State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 2 of 1921

[16. (1) Regulations under section 15 shall be made only with the previous sanction of the State Government and shall be published in the Gazette.

(2) The State Government may sanction any such regulation proposed by the Board either without modification or with such modification as it thinks fit. ]
