Section 21: The Executive Council

The Uttar Pradesh Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University Act, 2023State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 2023

21.(1) The Executive Council shall be chief executive body of the University.

(2) The administration, management and control of the University and the income thereof shall be vested in the Executive Council which shall control and administer the property and funds of the University.
