Section 43: Transmission of ballot boxes, etc. to the Nirvachan Adhikari

Uttar Pradesh Kshetra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat (Member of Elections), Rule, 1994State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1961

As soon as may be after the ballot boxes and pockets have been sealed in accordance with Rule 41 the Matdan Adhyaksha shall deliver or cause Lo be delivered to the Nirvachan Adhikari at such place as the Nirvachan Adhikari may direct— " (a) the ballot boxes;

(b) the packets referred to in rule 41;

{c) the ballot paper account; and

(d) . all other papers used at the poll.
