Section 10: Constitution and reconstitution of kshetra Panchayat

Uttar Pradesh Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat ActState Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 33 of 1961

10. (1) The State Government shall arrange for the reconstitution of the first [Kshettra Panchayat] for every Khand and for the reconstitution thereof [before the expiry of its term or when otherwise required for the purposes fo this Act] having regard to the provision of section 6.
