Section 178: Duration of sanction

Uttar Pradesh Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat ActState Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 33 of 1961

178. (1) A sanction given or deemed to have been given by the [Kshettra Panchayat] under section 176 and 177 shall be available for one year.

(2) After the expiry of the said period the proposed street may not be commenced without sanction under the foregoing sections.
