217. Whoever, while suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder -
(a) makes or offers for sale an article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine or drug, or
(b) willfully touches any such article, medicine or drug when exposed for sale by others, or
(c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be liable upon conviction to a fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
