Section 22: Constitution and re-constitution of Zila Panchayat and recovery of expenses of election

Uttar Pradesh Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat ActState Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 33 of 1961

22. [(1) The State Government shall arrange for the constitution or reconstitution of the [Zila Panchayat] before the expiry of the term of the existing [Zila Panchayat], if any, or whenever otherwise required for the purposes of this Act.
