Section 36: Annual Report.

The Uttar Pradesh Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology Act, 2013State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 22 of 2013

.(1) The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment of its objects.

(2) The annual report so prepared shall be submitted to the Chancellor within six months from the date of completion of the academic year.

(3) A Copy of the annual report, prepared under sub-section (1), shall be submitted to the State Government which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
