Section 29: Constituent College

The Maha Yogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University, Gorakhpur Act, 2020State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 6 of 2020

(1) Constituent Colleges shall be such as may be named by the Statutes and Constituent shall be maintained by the University or by the Government.

(2) The Principal of a Constituent College shall have general control over the staff of the college. He may exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
