Section 22: Fees payable for licence

(a) Every licence granted or renewed under these rules shall be chargeable with fee at the rate of Rs.one per kg. per year, subject to the maximum amount of Rs. twenty-five thousand per year.

(b)Fee prescribed for a year and fee for a fraction of a year shall be the same as for the whole year.]

23. Fees payable for copies and duplicate- Where a licence granted or renewed under these rules is lost or accidently destroyed the Licensing Authority may grant a duplicate licence on a payment of a fee of Rs. 5.
