Section 12: Relinquishment of salary etc.

The Uttar Pradesh Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisionsion) Act, 1981State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 14 of 1981

[ The Chief Minister or a Minister may, at any time, relinquish the whole or any part of the salary, allowance or other facilities to which he is entitled by making a written declaration to that effect :

Provided that any such relinquishment may likewise be cancelled by him at any time with prospective effect.]
