Section 19: Prices to be charged

The Uttar Pradesh Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2020

(1) Food, drinks and other items served in the canteen shall be sold on a non-profit basis and the prices charged shall be subject to the approval of the Canteen Managing Committee castituted under Rule 21.

(2) The charges per portion of foodstuff, beverages and any other item served in the canteen shall be cospicuously displayed in the canteen.
